Absolutely! I always have thought the “CAR” isn’t good enough. Lead with the result before giving context. It’s too easy to get long winded in context before giving the “so what”

Context - Action - Result. My B-school and Procter & Gamble colleagues always talked this approach. But candidates oftentimes give way too much context and forget the result
